My complaint:
I had someone hack my account and transfer a large amount to an unknown address, I called and filed a fraud case and sent all the needed documents, called back after the amount of days they said to call back and am now being told the documents are clear enough to read. I have been told they were received and partially verified by one person and not legible to read by another. I have a refund request and a dispute case going at the same time.
Suggested solution:
I should receive the remainder of my account balance and also receive back the amount that was stolen when someone hacked my account.
