Green Dot Bank complaint: Won’t refund my money after being hacked

My complaint:

On July 2nd 2021 my check was deposited onto my Green Dot card. Later that day I get a notice of my overdraft protection kicked in. I called reporter fraud asked him to stop the charge but they would not do they said that it had the post first before they could do anything and at the same time I put in my dispute claim. You told me to call him back in 2 weeks I called back in 2 weeks they sent me to another department to send more information to this different department they tell me to check back in 2 weeks. I called him back in 2 weeks they sent me to another department to send them the exact same information that I sent the other department they tell me to check back in 2 weeks but I should be having my money back within 2 weeks. Those two weeks come and go I called check about one of my receiving my money in the mail through check cuz that’s what they’ve been telling me the whole time this lady tells me that it should be called back in about three more days if you don’t have your check in the mail. I called back to be told that my dispute has been denied. I asked a question of why it’s been denied no one can give me an answer so so I repeat the process of filing another claim so now I’m waiting to go through this month and a half too month long process over again for them to tell me that no error was made.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve the problem by giving me my money. They know that my account was hacked on their time through their company; they got their money off of the insurance claim that they filed when I called and reported it so I want my money. That's the only way the problem can be resolved. And I need someone to tell me how is there no error when my account was hacked and my money was stolen from your company?
