Green Dot Bank complaint: Account closed for no reason

My complaint:

My account was closed after the payment of some funds into my account and it was closed for no reason. I was told to upload ID which and did and even after uploading my documents, I was told it was not accepted and my account was closed permanently. I even called the bank on the phone and the only solution they had was for me to call the sender to withdraw funds which is quite a pickle.

Suggested solution:

I want my account unblocked so I can at least withdraw or transfer my funds. They are a huge scam.
