My complaint:
I have been a greendot (Walmart moneycard) customer for over 10 years. I have my check deposited by direct deposit bi weekly. For the last week I have not been able to withdraw any of my funds. Each time I call, they give me the same sad excuse that they are having a glitch and will be back up shortly, and within that day. Calling corporate is useless , put me on hold for 45 min before hanging up.
