Tax refund Stimulus check sent to Greendot debit card through Turbo tax. Cannot access funds and date of birth that Greendot rep has is incorrect.
My Name Is James Acree Jr. and my Date of birth is …….. which is listed on my Turbo Tax returns Tax returns and all legal forms and is correct. I have
entered the same information to activate my Green Dot card to gain access to my tax return money and stimulus money but green dot customer service
claims that my Date of birth information does not match what they have listed and or showing per The IRS. This is incorrect. Turbo Tax IRS have my
DOB as …….. showing correctly.
Green Dot customer service states that the Date of birth entered does not match the information that they were sent from IRS.) This Is False and Not
Possible or the green dot computer system must have a glitch. Nevertheless, I have called and spoken with the IRS and Turbo tax several times verifying that
my Date of Birth documents and the IRS information matches. The same DOB information was sent over to Green Dot. How do I get my income tax
money and stimulus money andor what the procedure to get my money mailed to me in check form. Complainant – James T. Acree Jr.
