My complaint:
Unable to register card without “upgrade” which is neither wanted or needed. My children spent $50.00 each for my husband and I on a prepaid card that can’t be used for just the $50.00. My children have lost $100.00 plus the $1.95 purchase price of the card.
Suggested solution:
DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADE the card!!!!! Let the card be registered for the prepaid amount only. If I choose to upload more let me have the option BUT DO NOT FORCE customers to use “automatic upgrade. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
Free type is not allowed and the choices did not apply to my question.
