Complaint: Unable to get my funds after sending numerous emails to prove my identity and change of address

My complaint:

Over a month ago I learned someone called in and stop my card and re order another card to an unknown address when finding out so green dot told me there where a couple of procedures to follow to prove my identity my first option was to send a copy of my va photo I’d card along with a picture of my change of address form from usps I’ve been giving numerous of case numbers which are…..1st case number 50429727 2nd case number 50738795 3rd case number52160692 4th case number 52291660 with all these case number I was told to send proof of address and va I’d card to both emails which are address update @ green dot which I did and they claim not to have received so they provided me with another email address which was verify my docs @ green dot Corp. Com after reaching out to customer service numerous of times asking to speak with manager they hang up finally got a supervisor on phone who said the form I sent over from usps was invalid needed to send picture of complete letter again I did that now they tell me there going to mail out my check that is over 1900.00 dollars to the address that they have on file which I’ve clearly showed and told them that is not an accurate address for me I dont understand how it was so easy and convient for someone to call and say they are me and was able to stop a card and request a new one to a diffrent address I’ve done everything this company has asked me to do and still unable to receive my funds they even told me to log into the green app online unable to do that cause whoever claim to be me set up an email address etc that I cant even log in when first received my green dot card I called the number on card to activate never used any online services with this card ! Your customer service sucks and are very rude and some you cant even understand there english ,it bothers me that someone might and will be able to access my funds after getting this issue settled I value to never USE GREEN DOT AGAIN AND WILL PASS THIS ON about my experience with this company

Suggested solution:

Check your emails match everything up and send me my money either by check or send me out another card, if looking closely at the va I'd from department of moto vehicles you can clearly see when the I'd with the new address was issued which is FEB 2021
