My complaint:
I purchased a prepaid moneypak for the very first time for $200. I didn’t realize that the numbers could be scratched off so easily. As a result I was unable to use the card. I no longer have the receipt, but was able to provide most of the information needed. I keep being asked for the receipt and then My refundreplacement request is being closed out. I even spoke with a representative and advised her I no longer have a copy of the receipt or can’t obtain a copy.
Suggested solution:
I want to be able to use the $200 I deposited on the card. I would be happy with a refund or a replacement card.
