My complaint:
It’s now been 6 days when I was told it would only take two days to verify my Id the first 7 reps I talked to didn’t give me correct information said only needed my Id then 5 of them hung up on me and the other 2 got pissed when I asked to speak to supervisor. I have been served a 5 day notice to pay or quit for not paying rent and yesterday was day 5. Today I got woken up to a dude serving me summons for court about an eviction all because they won’t unlock account I have sent over my id and the verification letter from the government which is who sent me the loan. I have court Monday and they are saying it’s going to take until then to get card unlocked what happened to two days I need help now please hurry

Unlock my account I have given all documents and waited long enough.
