My complaint:

ok almost 2 months ago I got a direct deposit and I lost my card so I got on my app and locked it until I found it well I never could find it so I contacted them the told me b4 they would send me a replacement card they needed to verify my id and gave me a case so I did all the pics well come to find out it was the wrong case so now there saying its fraud and so I asked if they could just send me a paper check and when I go to cash it they will have to see my id and see that I’m who I’m suppose 2 be they told me it would expedited to me so I waited 2 weeks because of weather nothing never came so I call them back and by now they closed my account saying they can’t do anything on my account and that I would have to call the senders that sent the money but I don’t see why when greendit has it deposited in there bank so I do anyways and they told me what I thought they was gonna say its in there bank I would just have to call greendot bank again so I’m about to call and I’m pretty sure I’m not gonna get anything positive from it so I guess I’m gonna have to do a lawsuit

I would think as many complaints on here they would close there company if they didn’t know how to run it
