My complaint:
I had lost my password to get into my account and the 1800 number will not help me with this issue at all I need to dispute these transactions that I don’t approve or give authorization on my card it was long time ago I opened an account with green dot Bank lost my password and dont know phone number that’s on account I know address only everytime I get paid they take out money with out my permission I work hard for my money the people at green dot customer service are rude no respect at all to customers at all
Suggested solution:
