My complaint:
They have been rude, they kept my transaction dispute money that I worked hard for. I ended up homeless bcuz I was unable to pay my rent. I have called several times and noones story has been the same. They have hung up on me, I poured my heart out begging I didnt want to be homeless. They just keep giving me the run around to this day. Tomorrow will be my 45 day and I bet I still wont receive a dime.
Suggested solution:
They should have made this right when it happened especially bcuz the other bank was on my side saying they made it right with green dot and green dot did not make it right w me.
