My complaint:
I try to close this account month ago after filing a complaint. I got it down to nothing and follow there instructions. Call Social security to stop payment. Month latwr was getting paper check until i got a direct express card. I receive the card but when time came car said 0 call SSD was told someone tranfer it back to greendot. Or it was not deleted. I have tryed to get money off card. Was sent a new card to get money for rent and greendot block my catd saying i used a debit with a number you cannot reach and with no debit.
