My complaint:
when open greendot all okay but on first transaction they wanted me verify is my account so did after they got nerves said my idenity aint legit and wont be able collect amount $2,374.20 i clearly sent to email : verifymydoc@greendotcorp.com still reject me now can’t get money asking to contact the person is my money so why refuse release funds or do check payable to me simple but they worst banned because none could verify me has they have my state ID billing and more show for need cashasap.
Suggested solution:
i would like Greendot get or be professional not stupd games ripp off anyone in their rightful money demand apologpy check sent to my address on file correct terrible services
