My complaint:
Got a refund on a card that they canceled and they won’t open the card or issue a new one or get me my money back in any way. Merchant has paid them but I haven’t gotten MY refund. Been calling customer service since Jan. 2020. It’s July. They still won’t help me.
Suggested solution:
Give me money that is MINE. A company has 30 days to do so it’s been 7 months.
