My complaint:

April 23rd green dot locked my account, when my account was locked over $300.00 i had in my savings account vanished. I Tried several times to contact this company over email and phone but i get no response, i am not the only one with this issue.

Suggested solution:

Please unlock my account and let me have access to my money and return the money that was taken out of my account.
