My complaint:

I had a PUA deposited to my account, and like the post before me. They also asked me to prove my identity. Sent all the proper paperwork, and is still blocked.

Suggested solution:

I would like to remove the hold, and allow me to access to My ACCOUNT!!! I cannot even navigate the app(turbo card), due to the block!!
