3 weeks ago - It’s been three weeks now. I’ve called customer service, and put on hold. Most employees can barely communicate in English. They treat Uber drivers subhuman. They offer debit cards to a Uber Drivers with no security chip, then when we get scammed they don’t cover it. I am infuriated with this bank. They tried calling me twice during the work day when I’m driving and can’t answer the phone. They leave bo message or call back number. They pretend they can’t hear you when you call like you had a bad connection. Never have I been treated so unprofessionally. I looked up who owns this bank—-Walmart!! It makes perfect sense now. If you want a Walmart quality service bank with employees that can’t speak English.
