My complaint:

I was loading money on my card, that I received from family to go school and pay bills. Before I know it my card was closed and blocked. I could not log into my account by the app. When I call go bank which green dot owns they do suspicious activity and fraudulent activity. That I had provided them with proof of who I was. So I did that, and waited two days for them to review my identity. When I called back some how the case was closed, a d that I had to do all over again. When I told there was nothing wrong with the money and that was me, they kept on say uh huh. I apologize for the inconvenience. I told you told know what is inconvenience or that I want my money. That you really need to stop playing childness games it covid, and people need to pay bill. How can banks get away with this stuff, taking people money and not sending them a check if the account is closed.

I want my money now I had prove who I was and give my documentation l. I want to quit playing kid games with people money. Stop having idoits working for them.
