My complaint:

I chose to have my income tax refund sent to me via Turbo Card debit card a green dot bank. My funds were missed managed and I am unable to get my balance of $800 refunded from green dot bank.I tried to close my account numerous times I reported my card lost or stolen numerous times I have not received a replacement card and I cannot access my money since March 2020.Green dot bankturbo debit card needs to send me a check for the funds remaining in my account. They also need to refund the bank fees they have charged me while they hold my money without my permission.I have written letters and spoken to people in their customer service and been promised a check would be received in the mail as recently as October 2. I still don’t have my money and they continue to take fees from my balance monthly fees even though my account was closed in March 2020.

Green dot bankturbo debit card needs to send me a check for the funds remaining in my account. They also need to refund the bank fees they have charged me while they hold my money without my permission.
