My complaint:

I accidently sent money from my cash app to an account that I closed in 2019 and Green Dot Bank Go2 Bank and instead of declining the money they reopened the account. I made numerous complaints and they illegally took money from my money for monthly fees and for maintenance when it should have never been there in the first place. I continued making complaints and they gave me a consumer courtesy credit and took the maintenance fee off but are still refusing to release my money to me or allow me to gain access to my money in that account that they illegally opened. They have restricted me from transferring it into my account so that the account can be and stay permanently closed. They are purposely holding my money in hopes that I give up fighting for what is rightfully mine and I will not give up.
