My complaint:

My boyfriend and I both have greendot. We went to the casino he transferred money to me I transfered it to cash app and pulled it out, we did that twice because we needed more cash at the casino. After the 2nd time they put blocks on both our accounts, this was in October. They finally unblocked his but refuse to unblock mine even tho I have sent in a photo of my very valid Oregon ID. They refuse to release my $510.00 in my account. It’s been 2 months we call them like every day. They finally said they would return the funds back to my boyfriend’s account, but they still have not done that either. I’m close to filing a lawsuit if my money isn’t returned to me within 7 days. They can either unlock my account or return it to my boyfriend’s account I don’t care which because I will never bank with them again, I just want MY money.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money. Unblock my account or return it to my boyfriend's account
