My complaint:
I purchased a moneypak from my local Walgreen’s and when I tried to put it on the card I kept getting an error message. I’ve spoke with multiple people multiple times with no reconciliation. I’ve been hung up on and when I’ve asked for a number to corporate I was told I can only be transferred and cannot not have the physical number. I was told to go to the website to request a refund and got multiple error messages there too. Nobody has tried to help me PERIOD!
