My complaint:
I went to US bank atm to withdraw using my Greendot debit card but no money came out and it was debited in my account and I called the grendot support and they told that I have to wait till the transaction posted before I can file a dispute so I waited and finally the withdrawal transaction posted in my account so I called the customer service and transfered me to the dispute department but I never get to talk to anyone and was in hold for hours so I hung up and called again over and over again and transferred me to dispute department for so many times but no avail. The following day I did the same thing over 6 hours dealing still no dispute department answered me and now I called again and the customer service said she can’t help because the system is down. This is sucks! I can’t pay my bills because I can’t get any help to resolve the issue and I don’t know if I will be able to get my money back.
Suggested solution:
Better system and Have someone answer my call in the dispute department or have my money back to my Acct.
