My complaint:

I called green dot about my stimulus money that was deposited on an old green dot card to request a new one. They kept giving me ways to login even though I didn’t have the old card or a way to access it. I told them I just needed a replacement card because I had the account and routing number. They said there was nothing they could do that my money was just lost.
