Green Dot Bank complaint: Stolen funds

My complaint:

Hi my name is Quanell carwell I’ve been a Apple customer for 16 Yrs plus and I was sending money to my mother in-law via Apple Pay and she is old she don’t know how to use it so she was using her grandson phone she purchased in her name AND I SENT HER 5,000 for business purpose AND PERSONAL REASONS when explaining to Apple Pay we didn’t realize the Apple ID was in her grAndson ACCOUNT AND THEY LOCKED HER APPLE CASH CARD WHICH SHE COULD NOT RECIEVE THE FUNDS AND I LOST OVER 3,000 in business due to my entire wedding party wigs wasn’t paid for I only sent it via Apple Pay is because I’m on a business trip in another state won’t be back til Friday and APPLE HAS TRULY FAULED TO SPEAK TRUTH they told me we both had to call n. Verify I did and so did my mom in-law they hung up rudely numerous times and honestly I’m ready to file a lawsuit for my hard earned money which a loan was taking out thru another business partner legitimately and was verified by Westwood bank and was sent to my account which then I had to forward to my mother in-law but APPLE SAID GREEN DOT BANK STOLE MY FUNDS AND BEING THAT THE RECIPIENT CASH CARD IS LOCK THEY DONT WANT TO SEND MY MONEY BACK AND IM IN NEED OF MY 5,000 ASAP

Suggested solution:

I feel like Apple robbed me for the million time and Apple should not be acting as if they are western Union if I couldn’t send that amount then APPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE TALK ME THRU THE PROCESS OF SENDING IT AND BEING THAT THE PAYMENT WENT THRU SUCCESSFULLY ON MY END AND THE RECIPIENT COULD NOT RECIEVE IT THEY SHOULD SEND ME MY MONEY BACK BC AS OF NOW I LOST OVER 3,000 for my wedding party make up n hair on top of them taking the 5,000 for the products AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS HELP ME HOWARD CALLING EVERYONE THAT CAN HELP ME IAM A mother of 4 who get up everyday to work construction despite weather and do hard handy MEN WORK AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK NOW SINCE MY MOTHER NEVER RECIEVED IT THANK U IAM OVER ANGRY WITH APPLE PAY AND GREEN DOT BANK
