My complaint:
I locked my card and reported it stolen. This was after it was stolen out of my car. Filed a police report so they have all of the transaction summary AFTER my card was stolen. Looked in my account today and Green Dot charged me for a new card AND still let the transactions go through. I guess they like dealing with the police instead
Suggested solution:
Cancel the 2 transactuons that a theif did with my card. And give me my money back
