My complaint:
I woke up one morning and my card account was closed and all my money was taking from me i really need my 850$
Suggested solution:
Actually allow me to speak to a representative instead of hanging up on me
Or just give me my money back that would be nice but apparently a bank that has plenty of money needs my measley 850 pretty pathetic
