My complaint:
In 2018, I allowed a Federal tax refund to be applied to a green dot card. the card did come. I didn’t expect to use it again and it was lost in a move. When the Stimulus came this year I could not figure out where the money went. It had been automatically applied to the Green Dot card which i do not have. I have tried every way including a registered letter and a reply to a survey they recently sent. I have received nothing in way of response from them. This is a difficult time and not getting that stimulus money has been a real hardship. They have had ample opportunity to contact me and resolve this issue. They just need to issue a new card so that I can get the money from the card.
Suggested solution:
They should issue a new card. I have provided them with all the info that I have and it should be enough to send a replacement card.
