My complaint:
04152020 The IRS deposited my stimulus check on a card that I had lost The balance was 1,700 I requested a new card sent all the documents Green dot required Greendot kept denying my claim I was in desperate need of this money due to the pandemic It was my understanding if I opened a new account the funds would transfer over so I did this twice now Greendot is telling me the other card doesn’t exist or they lost my account
Suggested solution:
To issue me a new card with the funds
