My complaint:

I haven’t used my card in a year I threw it away and I don’t remember the phone number on the account. I verified my social security card and birthday so y are they trying to hold my stimulation money. All because of a phone call.

Suggested solution:

Send me a new card to my new address. They should see that I haven't used the card in a year. I don't know we're they card is. Y they want send me a new card.
