My complaint:
My online green dot account got hacked. I started calling and emailing Green dot in Feb.2021. They locked the account so they said but in March I was informed that $1300 had been taken out of the account. How is that possible if the account was actually locked. I was back and forth with the company until they finally granted my refund in July 2021. However they put it in the account I cant access. So here it is August, 6months from when I started this dispute and the issue still isnt fully resolved. I just want my money. I will never again use green dot.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve this issue quickly by transferring the fund to different account of mine
