My complaint:
Well I had a lady use my card when she was helping me from after major surgery and then i find out that she was stealing my money i dispute the transactions and then you deny my dispute so now i have no proof to give the cops to get her in jail and all they say id im sorry but it was denied so thney let her get away with it
Suggested solution:
they need to fix the disputes and give me my money back and let me keep her in jail bc i have no case if my bank dont have my back
