My complaint:
Greendot reps are full of shit … they outta the blue lock my a coun5vcuz I tried to order a new card to replace one I lost ok so ten calls laterc,also being hung up on repeadily and advised I need yt I prove my identity to also a few different invalid emails as others have stated verify my docs and such bs , once was on hold for over a hr and on the phone over 3 hrs dealing with their bs and finally this pleasant lady so I thought solved it all and I was convinced it was over she had told me she would explain it to the back office vand I would be dent a check of my balance immediately tht j could easily cash anywhere and finally access my funds but bullshit ! It’s been over 6 months and I’m dine messing with them too I’m on board with c.a lawsuit fr anything I can do to help ,, they have wasted so much of my time and I feel like such a joke to them they lprobley do this to thousands of people
Suggested solution:
Pay me my money at last and would not be against quite a bit of their money as well, my time is valuable and they more then wasted my time and insulted me more then have robbed me and hoodwinked me I feel like they owe me more then a monetary value but da good 10 or so G's would be a nice place to start , tht would pacify my issue at least
