My complaint:

Hi I was reaching out to let you all know this company is one of the rudest I’ve encountered and they won’t resolve my problems, but consistently take their monthly allowance out. I’ve tried to make online purchases that don’t work an I’ve went to the company about it and they won’t help me all they’re saying is what I’m doing wrong… they aren’t trying to assist or tell me the resolution but still take their monthly fee of 5 dollars seems like a pretty deep scam please tell this company to get better service.

Suggested solution:

Resolve the issue!!! Because I’m sure I’m not the only one with issues from your company considering the awful rapport you all have with your customers.
