I purchased a green dot card in August 15th from CVS in Phenix City Al to pay for an invoice. I got home to use the card and the transaction would not go through I tried several times and it kept declining. I called customer service and the rep told me that the system did not identify me or something and I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was the supervisor and hung up in my face I called back spoke to another rep that told me I could get a refund it would take 14 days I said I don’t have 14 days I need to pay for this today. She hung up I called back and this rep told me I could get it out of the ATM I tried and got error message this card does not support this type of transaction. I went to the gas station and tried to see if I could make a purchase with the card. I was able to pay for card so I went to wal mart and tried to do cash back like one of the reps told me no such luck it declined. I called them back and told them that I needed to get the money off the card because my mother gave me that money to pay for equipment for my business. They told me to call back on Monday morning. I have been going back and forth with them over a week now one lie after the next mainly that corporate is gonna call you in two days 8 days later no call yet. I want my money back that money was given to me for a reason and they have taken 7 dollars and some change for some type of fee. Here are some of the emails they have been sending me.
I want my money back all of it including the service fee they charged me and they should be mad to pay for the marketing package that I lost out on because of their scam.I have many more photos of the correspondence between me and them.
