My complaint:
Despite numerous letters and phone calls to walmart money card and green dot bank I have yet to receive $607.00 on debit card number: 4373034073717159. I began calling in March, advised them my identity was stolen and requested they close my account and send my balance to my home address. I was advised that I must put this in writing, send a copy of my utility bill and my ID. I was assured no funds would be sent to any other address but the address registered to the account. I sent a copy of my lease, a copy of a letter from the US Treasury Department and my automobile loan statement all proving the same thing: my address had not been changed and to send me my own funds. I have yet to receive one dime from them. The last time I called I was hung up on after being told they were trying to figure out which address to send my funds to (4 months later). I have not been told where my funds are, if they still have them, and if they don’t where my funds were sent. The ID I sent would have shown an issuance date that was more recent than anything else they may have received from persons alleging to be me, Cynthia House. My address is still the same, it has not changed, and I am still waiting on $607.00 that is owed to me.

They owe me $607.00. THese are my funds and I have been trying to recover this since march 2020. It has now been 4 months. THis my money and I want it returned. I am not sending a photo id as I have done this numerous times already and am asking only that my funds be sent to the address on my driver's license or state ID, the address registered when I got the card. Part of these funds are from Social Security
