My complaint:
I bought a cash back card I could not make ATM withdrawals nor could I pay bills online I was told once the balance was zero the account would be closed that I had give wrong information that is not true i have been a customer for years they said even if I had a permenant card I could not pay bills or use ATM I have no understanding now I have all my bill money on this card ending in 0745 and cant pay my bills or get my money back its cold and my powers going to be disconnected please help me thank you Judy Chamlee, 7623525357
