My complaint:

Ive requested a refund on july 4th and green dot staff told me that it would take two weeks for my refund a supervisor called and wanting to verify my adress and i waited three weeks and no check no refund yet and its exactly $101.00 plus the purchase fee then they sent me the permanent card which i haven’t done nothing with it.

So my question is if they can manage to send me the permanent card through mail why can't they send the refund check the same way green dot sent the permanent card since supposedly they can't find my adresses in their system my street adress is 9905 hunter st.and they managed to get it in my p.o.box124.All they have to do is for them to send me my refund check the same way they sent the permanent card.
