My complaint:

I have had my card blocked by Green Dot due to account being taken over. I disputed a transaction not made by me the money was refunded back to account. Account I can not use. I have complied with sending the information to the email that has been provided to me, to get a paper check for amount left in my account. Was told I’d have it in 2 weeks. First email was sent May 1st. Still nothing I have sent a total of 4 emails last one being today May 31st. This is my money and i shouldn’t have to keep calling told to do what i have been doing or done several times already to get my money. This has been going on since April 21st. Why will you not give me my money. It’s not yours it is mine and i have done what’s been asked.

Suggested solution:

Send me my paper check for amount on my account like they have said. I have provided all information. My driver's license front and back and utility bill. I want my money
