My complaint:

On November 20, 2020, I purchased a walmart money card from Walmart store 0376 and I gave the cashier $200 dollars to load on the card so I can pay my bills. Since i do this every other month I didn’t think I would have a problem with the card so I threw away the receipt and package like I always do. Later in that day I tried to activate the card through the automatic system but it kept telling me something was wrong with the system and to try again later. Next I tried to activate the card through the website and it also told me that something was wrong with the system. To make this story short, for the past month of trying to get a refund from these companies I have had 4 cases that they have dropped for reasons that they can’t explain and now they either hang up on me or leave me on hold when I call now. I’ve even sent in the documents that they asked me for several times to the email address(xx@greendotcorp.com) but never get a response. I have just come to the conclusion that I have been scammed by Walmart and Greendot and will never get my money back. This has really stressed me out to the point where I don’t no what to do and my credit score have really dropped because of this and I would like to file a lawsuit if they won’t refund me my money.
