I have file a police report against getting my refund back from my depute cases from August 12, 2020…that I file that greendot closes i am in need here and I didn’t ask for this

Please help me get my refund back I need my money I have file a police report on this matter please thank greebdot and don't let it take another ten days causes my case shouldn't have been closed without refunding me my money that is what I had saves up I am a value customer to greendot and I need for y'all to stand behind me on this Thanks In Advance Greendot
