My complaint:

Hi. I have 2 accounts with Green Dot. The first was put on HOLDRESTRICTION. Customer Service took off the hold when I provided documents to verify my birth date. I have $9600 in one of my accounts and they are saying, when I do speak to someone, that there is no balance in my accounts. This money came from a loan company and I am starting to make payments, BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY. I have the feeling Im getting the run around. The money has to be in the account. Where else did it go, just disappear into thin air? The account numbers are as follows: 395049847226 (first card that the money was deposited in to. Also, 196630286482. These are both checking accounts.

I think I should get my money back in one of two ways. Please put back on the first card, or give me a refund of the $9600. I have put a complaint on Complaint Biz. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. As you know, that is a lot of money to be missing. Waiting patiently for your reply!!!
