My complaint:

I have had the green dot card for three months now I use it to pay bills only. For the last month an half I have placed money on it to pay bills there is four transactions that has shown up that I have no clue what it is for first Two was some cleaning service for 183.86 so I disputed it I also requested for a new card an closed the old one I received it in the mail an then I got a letter stating that my dispute wasn’t valid an they couldn’t find a problem so randomly 183.86 of my money going missing to a transaction I didn’t do is no problem so when I activated my new card I thought well okay it is s new card new number an everything it should be fine but to my irritation it was not the same transaction happed again as soon as I put money on the card this all happened again today on May 29th just seen the transaction an I just activated it an placed 235 on it so it us now saying my balance is 60. 00 so please inform me WHERE THE HELL IS MY MONEY GOING!! AND WHAT IS THIS WONDEROUS CLEANING TRANSACTION THAT I HAVEN’T DONE THAT IS CLOSE TO 400 DOLLARS MISSING!!! GREEN DOT STOP STEALING MY MONEY!! with times how it is with covid this was my bill money to help me out for couple months now just poof gone how is this company bank doing this to people

How to resolve it give me back my four hundred dollars back an from all thwaw other complaints it seems like I am not the only one this green dot bank is doing this too so something needs to give... This company needs to be dealt with..
