Complaint: Not reissuing my Card and Not giving me access to my account online

My complaint:

I just found out that for 2 years Social Security Administration has been depositing money to this account. I assumed the benefits stopped and never rectified. I stopped using the green dot card years ago and cut it up. SSA told me that they have been depositing since 2017 and the card is still active. I called Green Dot its now been 2 weeks, I asked for my statements they can’t give me, I asked for access to look up my info they can’t give me. I asked them to expedite the new card as this is the reason they say I can’t get online. They said $15 charge, still haven’t received. They say the balance on the card is $332 if at first it was $31month then was upped to $32 dollars per month then the balance should be way higher than this but now no access anywhere and the representatives keep repeating theirselves. I have no access to my $ or my account. This is absurd!!!

Suggested solution:

Send me my new card and give me access to my statements back to 2017. There have only been the transactions from SSA and the monthly fee of $7.95.
