My complaint:
I have a transaction pending from 10-22-20 from Flagship Credit that was supposed to be refunded to me and I still have not received it. When I call they tell me it won’t be refunded until the 4th of November. The amount is $460.54. That is a lot of money to me. I have bills that I need to pay and get medicine that I have to take to stay healthy.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money in a timely matter. Not have a person wait for 9 days to get their money back.
