My complaint:
On 9282020 my social security disability check was deposited on my greendot card in the amt. of $979.00. paid some bills. on Oct 2nd i made 1 transaction of $51.57 at Walgreens and i had $591.89 balance on my card.
Within an hour of this transaction my Green Dot was wiped out to an unknown gmail in Los Angeles, California in turn were disguised as Green Dot security codes sent to my phone.
I put in a dispute on Oct. 2nd and today 101220 Green Dot denied my dispute without any further explanation.
I did not, repeat, did not authorize any payments to a gmail account and there is no possible way to send money to a gmail account.
Suggested solution:
Return my money ly and do some investigative research on the 2 gmails that showed up in my account statement to prove I didnt authorize this
