My complaint:

it so sad and inconvenience seeing that my account got blocked .. But why I don’t know either, I call the green dot customer care about this and I was told to send my ID, immediately I did up till today my green dot account is still blocked… I’m not happy with this, I need the green dot to resolve and unblock my account… Here’s my email address

It is so easy by them, they should check their record of mails sent to them and attend to my mail cause I mail my ID to them on 6th of October 2020.. Please attend to my account and open it.. I send the ID through my email address
