My complaint:
it so sad and inconvenience seeing that my account got blocked .. But why I don’t know either, I call the green dot customer care about this and I was told to send my ID, immediately I did up till today my green dot account is still blocked… I’m not happy with this, I need the green dot to resolve and unblock my account… Here’s my email address kt022708@gmail.com

It is so easy by them, they should check their record of mails sent to them and attend to my mail cause I mail my ID to them on 6th of October 2020.. Please attend to my account and open it.. I send the ID through my email address kt022708@gmail.com
