My complaint:
I am missing a $900 deposit and a $223 deposit from unemployment and they refused to find out where my money is or to put it on my card the unemployment of Colorado is investigating . In the meantime my payments are on hold I am not receiving any funds to support my family or my son or to take care of my bills all because Green Dot doesn’t want to comply and do an investigation instead they tell me they need a 15 digit code from unemployment and unemployment States they do not give a 15 digit code for anything they will not let me speak to anybody higher than him or than them such as a supervisor or management and I want my money.
Suggested solution:
They could give me back my $900 that was issued to me from unemployment and my 223 Dollar weekly check.
