My complaint:

My account was hacked 2 days before my birthday on Sept 7th. When I received calls from green dot I decided to go and take my money out but by the time I got to an atm my money was gone. I immediately reached out to them whom subsequently closed that account and I was told after I filed and sent in the dispute info for the money that was stolen I would be issued a credit for the money that was stolen. I was issued that credit on Sept.20th (I even have emails) and it is now Nov. 6th and I have yet to get my money. When I call they say it’s sitting in a closed account and I’d have to request a paper check. I’ve sent a photo of my dl front and back and also a copy of a bill twice. Everytime I reach out to them, I’m transferred bc no one knows anything and I end up getting hung up on.
